Alpine S630 $173
Just thought I would let everyone know that after Sounddomain.com does a 105% price match guarantee the Alpine S630 is $173. If you are interested do a search for the S630 on dealtime.com and it should find you a price of 174.90 then have sounddomain.com do the price beat deal, you come up with a great price for an Alpine CD-Changer.

The only thing you are not aware of their not an authorized alpine dealer, therefore your warranty is oonly valid at soundomain......... Just food for thought. I am in the business and I don't know how you can support a mail order facility when your local authorized dealer that can give you personalized service is forced out of business. For what? to save a few bucks!
This price is so close to cost no one is making any money. Just remeber you can't get anything good for nothing. Scott@lajollaaudio

Not to be argumentative but that’s truly business. When it’s something like this "Plug and Play" and its Alpine I don’t expect to need more then a low price. Saving money is something we all try to do. Do we change the oil in our own cars...why can’t we install our own CD-Changer? Again, not trying to start an argument but this board has saved people so much money; I was only trying to help a fellow DIY'er. I'm sorry if it offended you, or AW else. I understand your point of view and respect it but paying $220 for the changer and $100 for the MBZIL and $150 to have it installed would have cost me nearly $230 extra...in my book that’s a little more then a few bucks. If it were anything more then Plug and Play the FIRST place I would have gone is Ovation Audio Video...a local car audio specialty shop...but since I could do it myself then why not?
Thanks, Brad

I wasn't implying that you couldn't perform the installation yourself, your local authorized dealer can sell you the parts. I help people every day both online and at my place of business that are capable of doing the install themself n/c. The other thing I have seen is they pay one of these online outfits and what do you know? one of the items is on back order and the order doesn't ship for a week or two . These are things that are of concern to some people that have experienced such problems.
