81 300SEL grey market head unit wiring help

I just bought a semi-nice 1981 Grey Market 300SEL. Has no radio in dash.

Pictured below is wiring as best I could shoot it tonight. Can anyone help me with which wires are supposed to go to what or any other install help to make this easier. I will be putting in a standard after market Sony head unit. I've installed stereos on my cars recently so I am not total novice at it.

I was thinking it may be tough to find the wiring harness for this euro car thus skipping the harness and wiring the HU direct to these wires.
