Loader not Loading
 

Please I needs advice on my Loader as I just purchase another Radio and the loader worked very fine at the point of purchased but afterwards the loader did not load again and the radio did not access it at all.

I need advice pls, the Mercedes is ML320 1999 model.
The radio is BOSE.
