My '84 300D has a replacement Hirschmann Auta 6000KE which works well but doesn't allow for height adjustment switch use. Seems the previous owner snipped those wires (as well as the red/yellow which serves the trunk light) and wired in just the 12v hot, ground and radio power. In an attempt to restore original functionality I tracked down and rehabbed a very good used Hirschmann 485 out of a '79 300D. All of my attempts to wire this in failed as it seems the older antenna motor doesn't play nicely with the Becker 612 radio in my '84.

Does anyone know if I can wire in the height switch with the Auta 6000KE? There are 5 pins on the top but the terminal/clip is currently only using 3. Additionally - anyone interested in buying the Hirschmann 485? Happy to send pics/videos of my bench test.
