hi there can u tell if i have mercedes 1996 e-class
and it's stereo part # is 003 820 5986 what kind of cd changers can i get and if i have to get adapters what kind of adapter i most get

If you have a us spec 96 mercedes then your radio will either be a BE1692 or a AL2296. There is an adapter made by peripheral (MBZIL) and an alpine cmh-S630 6 cd changer and you will be good to go! Let me know if I can help you further as we stock and sell these items. 800-467-6545
