static and antenna amplifers

I have a 2004 E320 Wagon that has suddenly developed static on the AM stations. There is only static when the car is actually moving not when the engine is running but the car is in park. Any ideas what could be causing this? My first guess is the antenna amplifer https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/? Can the antenna amplifer be replaced with a non-oem amplifer and if so, any recommendations where to get one and the name of the unit?
Thanks,.

In this case, I would say you can see the Cerwin Vega because its quality is much better.

You've probably got a brake wear sensor contacting a rotor. Very common on the 211's...
