If I choose to replace my 1992 300CE becker 1432, I am told I will have to bypass the amplifier/tuner in the trunk in order to get power to the speakers.

What radio would you recommend (FM/CD) and would the installed speakers also have to be changed (for impedance matching).

If Alpine replacement is used, what problems would i be facing?
