Alpine MP3 CD Changer

Any experience installing and using an Alpine CHA-S634 MP3 CD changer? I've got a 98 E300 I'm looking at adding a CD changer to. Anything else out there better?

There is nothing else that is going to be controlled by your factory radio that is any better. It works fine!
