Take the proof of ownership to any MB dealer and they should have it in the computer and give it to you right away. It worked on my 92 500SEL.

The radio code will be on the VMI (vehicle master inquiry) . However, if the radio was changed and the dealer didnt bother to update the vmi, you'll have to pull the radio, take the vin# from the car and the serial number off the radio to the parts counter and ask them to call Benz for the code. Once you have the code, either jot it down in the owners manual or write on the radoe case. (yeah, kinda defeats the purpoe but, who steals beckers?)
