Would this b a plugnplay in w126?

Hello guys, I would like to ask if the following cassette player would be a plug n play (with some kind of a harness) into a 1989 420sel with a 6 speaker system?
Mercedes Part # 003 820 36 86 07
Model Number BE 1492
the picture is as follows

and the back side, I am looking to adding this cassette player and then a cd changer in the trunk later but for now I want to know if this radio would be a plug n play with some harness.
Thanks in advance

The front pic is of a 190 e radio not a 1492. The rear pic is of the 1492 and it can work in your car but it will require some adaption (not plug and play) as you have amplifiers in your system and need a harness and some splicing of wires.

If you want to you can, although I would suggest to bypass it as you will be limiting yourself to 1/2 the power going through the stock fader control.

where can I get the rear harness for this type of stereo. Would I have to get one from the junk yard or can it be ordered from some company? Is it pricey?

Thanks
