I have a 98 CLK with the antenna integrated with the rear window. When the car is moving, the stereo separation on FM fades in and out. Otherwise reception is fine. The dealer tried a new radio, but nothing helped. He says it's the design of the rear window antenna.
Has anyone gotten around this problem? It is worth it to install a regular antenna on the fender or perhaps the rubber one like on the cabrio? How about a signal booster. Any ideas? |

In all honesty, I haven't been down this road before, but I would MAKE the dealer fix it.!.
