Help with upgrading w124 95 E320 Cabriolet stereo

I'd like to upgrade the stereo in my wife's 95 E320 cabriolet. She wants good clear sound that can be loud. Not earth-shaking, just loud and clear, esp with the top down.

Currently I have the stock head unit, speakers and Alpine cd changer.

Would like to install new head unit, XM radio, new speakers, amp (if necessary), woofer (if necessary).

Any recommendations? Does anyone sell speakers that fit this car? Crutchfield (which is here in my home town) doesn't have anything for the E320.

scott @ lajolla Audio has some speakers by a co called raibow I think. Direct fitament for the W124.
