99 C280 Phone Question

What phones were available with that car and was it digital or analog. Would it be worth putting it in the car? TIA

It was analog and as far as I know ther isn't a kit to upgrade a 99 fiber optic to digital from mbz. It has to do with changes whan they went to digital.
