'95 e320 stock changer connector

Ok, I'm going to purchase an Alpine cha-s634 mp3 changer for my '95 e320. I know I need two adapters and all that jazz. The thing is, I'll have my current stock changer left over, and I want to adapt it to fit in my dad's vehicle to plug into his Alpine head unit. He has a CD changer cable coming from the HU that has a round m-bus connector on the end. My Mercedes stock changer has a rectangular 10-pin (i think) connecter coming out of it. How can I make these plug into each other?

Thanks for any help.
