just bought 99 ml 430 radio is locked from battery being out. how do i get sound

You need to find out what your radio code is and enter the code using the directions in your owners manual or radio operation guide book.

I sent you a private e-mail...it's an undocumented hint...especially if no one wrote the codes down (like for my ML and SL).
