300SD's reward

Hey guys,

I ordered some new stereo equipment today to replace the Kenwood which originally replaced the dead Becker Grand Prix. I haven't been impressed with the Kenwood and it clashes with the dashboard horribly! So I went the high end route and got a Nakamichi CD receiver and MB Quart speakers for the front and rear. All will fit into the factory openings and I called Crutchfield and got a wiring harness so I don't have to tap into the factory wiring. Can't wait to hear Mozart and Wagner through this new setup!

I didn't get any amplifiers or woofers or any of that silly stuff, just a setup which will allow me to hear the Ride of the Valkyries as it should be heard!! Clean and crisp!

Hi Aaron,

I have a Nakamichi head unit in my 16 valve with the rear deck subwoofer set-up by Rick Ruess. It sounds great and looks great with the interior of the car. I think you'll be happy with your choice! (I hate the new "flashy" looks of newer head units too.)
