I have a '02 C Class with COMAND. I purchased the Mercedes v60 phone and install kit, but of course there are no instructions for this installation. I plugged the cradle kit into the two existing connectors but it still shows "error no phone" on the COMAND center. Does anyone know if there is something else that is needed or has to be done to get this phone to integrate with my car. Thanks.

Yes you need the parts that go in the trunk by the cd changer. There is a TRU and a PSE module along with a compensator and an antenna switcher before it will work!
