Radio/Alarm
I recently replaced the radio in my car. I did notice that on the old radio, there was a wire that connected to the back of the radio.. bottom center. It sort of just clipped on... not part of the harness (A,B,or C) or the antenna wire. Anyone know what that is used for? Could it be connected to the alarm system?
I only ask because I am not using it anymore due to new radio installation... yet my alarm has never gone off due to this.

Sounds like it is for the anti-theft alarm for the radio.

Thanks... but then why does alarm not set off now that it's been disconnected?
