Denon DCT-R1 or DCT-Z1 ?
 

Anyone have experience with the Denon CD Players ?
I really like the looks and performance seems awesome.
What about quality....?

I went to a local shop that has some pretty good credentials
and they were Nak dealers but refused to sell me a new CD700.

They suggested the Denon units as a high end player.
The DCT-R1 headunit has received alot of praise in Japan recently.

DCT 970R is a good one
 

A few years ago I found a Denon DCT 970R on ebay for a reasonable price for my motorhome. Basic AM/FM/CD. Also has RDS and a remote, which is what made it attractive for my motorhome. Anyway, I can tell you the radio reception is the best of any radio I have or have had. Good to have when camping in the boonies. Can't comment on sound quality really because the speakers are really, really small. Has been a reliable unit.

Thanks for the feedback. The distributor in AZ has won a few competitions with the Z1 model.
I have a friend with a nice Denon system in his Supra Turbo.
He was very happy with it....the car was incredible!
