Need some help with my old radio
 

Hello everyone first let me say thank you to anyone who can help me with my problem. Ok Where do I start. I obtained a 1986 420 sel Mercedes from my mother, but when receving the car The stereo didn't work so I decieded to put a aftermarket stereo in. When I removed the old stereo the wires are different on the stereos. So I gues my first question is does anyone know what color wire are what? Meaning what is the ground, which is the ground, what wires are the speakers? I'm a bit lost here. The second question is this do I have amps in the car and if so can I bypass them or do i need them? All I wanna do is listen to my new cd player. the last question is i heard that there is some sort of adapter plug that you can plug into the old wires, is this true? I seriously need some help. if anyone can Help I would greatly be in your debt. thank you so ver much.
