The user manual aludes to an "aux-input" than can be processed by the radio. I would like to add an MP3 player using this imput. Does anyone have any info.

Unfortunately unless you have the COMAND navigation system there's no Aux input. La Jolla car audio reportedly can modify your head unit to allow for an aux input, contact them for more details.

I do have the Comand system and I do have the Ext input.

If you select SVC then aux and plug your mp3 into the 1/8 in jack in the glovebox it should work.
