Clicking turn signals through speakers

A bit new to all this so fogive me if this is basic...

87 420SEL and I just had an Alpine 7895 installed to stock speakers. Worked without a hitch for a few weeks. Now, whenever I use the turn signals I can hear them clicking in the speakers when the head unit is on. Is this a grounding or fuse problem? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. (Besides playing only songs at the same tempo as the turn signals!) :)

Thanks,

John

Could be a grounding problem or they might've taken a hot lead that is also being used for the blinkers. Go to Radio Shack and get a noise choke and intall it on the power lead to the radio.

Thanks. I'm prettyr sure they installed the lead right but I'll check the ground.

Hi.

Check the speaker wires.
It sounds like one of them is running
close to the blinker relay.
The spike in energy every time
the directionals blink cause this problem.

But since you had it installed you should
have a waranty on it,so take it back to
the shop and have them fix it.

Louis.
