1998 C230 Pre wired phone pinouts for db45 connector in glove box
 

I would like to know if someone out here has the wiring diagram for the db45 connector for the cell phone connection in the center console glove box of a C230. I want to use this for power and/radio mute if it is possible to do so. I have the am fm radio with casstte and cd in the trunk option. and a Nokia 8390 cell phone with a hirschmann hands free car kit with radio mute option.

There were 2 different types of radios used in 98. The first was all by wire, the second was fiber optics. If you have the later style, the radio, over on the right side of the radio face, has a telephone keypad. The early 98 style doesn't have the phone keypad. Which do you have?
