Does anyone have any experiance with the new Comand dvd aps fitted to the latest E Class ?

1 - Are the dvd maps available yet ? If the answer is yes - who supplies them and how much do they cost ?

2 - What European Countries are on the dvd ? (Are Sweden and Norway included ?)

I am having difficulty obtaining information from dealers, even Mercedes Customer Services give different replys. One phone call told me that Teleatlas makes the dvd and another told me that Navtech will make the dvd.

Confused.
