Rear Door Sills on W140
Guys,
I recently had a cd changer installed in my 93 500SEL, and I realized that the shop left one of my rear door sills kind of sticking up on one end. I've searched the forums for info on 140 door sills, but no luck. I've tried to just push it down into place, but it won't budge. At this point I think I need to just pop it off and see what's obstructing it, but I want to be sure that it does just kind of pry up and off. So......any help? Do the rear door sills on the 140 just pry straight up and off, or is there a trick?

i was playing with my W140 coupe yesterday, and the sill protectors just clipped up - theres snap things on the top most face.
I'd assume that the 4 door is the same.

Thanks guys!
Cool. I'll give it a shot tomorrow night and we'll see what happens! I was just really afraid to break them, because if they are like everything else on my car they cost an arm and a leg.
