Help SCLJA speaker connectors in 85 300D

I have installed an Alpine CM-2294 deck in my 85 300D. I used the wiring harness adaptor, which I got from Becker.

The deal is, there are only two speaker connectors inside the center consloe to plug into the pigtail and they go to the fader switch located between the seats. With this set up I'm only getting half of the available output.

Are the connections that go to the individual speakers hiding somewhere? Help, Scott or anyone else.

Thanks
Rob

The best way is to rewire / bypass the fader control
