I was just starting to dread digging out my Haynes manual to find out if they actually did their homework this time when I found this article. Great! Thanks for the details and the pics. My wife took the 81 300D through the brush type carwash (the one I said never to use), and there went the talkbox. this is not only a help, but the ending comments make it a confidence builder, too.

The company I had hosting diymbrepair.com did an absolutely horrible job, even with paying for renewals in advance they wouldn't do it until I chased them down after a month or two of emails they finally fixed it. The last time around I didn't renew with them. Fortunately my original webhoster is still doing a good job and the original site is still around.
