question 1.# my battery is gone and i have purchased a new one where is my battery located ? my car is a 1995 c280 mercedes.

question 2 # my radio is working however the plate is totally black i can not see what station it is on or what cd is playing is there anything i can do to fix this?

I have a '96 C220 and the battery is in the trunk on the passenger side....would have thought it the same on a 280, but who knows. As far as the radio, I had the exact problem with the lcd screen going all black (same model radio I'm sure) and yes there is a fix: Go to ebay and buy a replacement. Seriously, there always seems to be one or more of that model available. If you do, be sure also to get the radio removal tool!
