Question Removing Becker Radio

Hi, What is the procedure For removing my Becker Grand Prix radio, original )I think) unit from my 1986 560SL. I would like to repair the tape transport mechanism. I think that one of the belts is broken, it eats tapes. Or replace it with one that can use CD's Any suggestions for a replacement.

Thanks, Monty:

1st pull the whole astray assembly out there is a spring clip at the top to realese it. Then take the frame out(2 phillips screws) then the wood surrounding the ac assembly will be loose and if you pull it down then push down on the metal clips and the radio will be loose to pull out. Here is a pic

Didn't some 107's also have a stud and nut arrangement on the right (passengers) side that required the removal of the glove box to remove the radio?
