Anyone know if the Mb telephone installed in S500 areuseable in the States?

Yes, the phones will work, although i'm not sure of what requirements your wireless carier may have. A friend of mine is still using her orginal phone in her 92 w140 500sel. I think the phones are analog however, so you may want to be prepaired for a rather large wireless bill...

Hopefully someone else will chime in that has a little more info on the issure.
