Code for an old Becker Grand Prix?

So I got my new 1986 Mercedes-Benz 16 Valve and I notice the radio doesn't work. Well, it goes on, and the display reads stations, but it doesn't play. Is there a code?

If it reads stations it is not in code mode. The speakers or fader control must be unplugged either behind the radio or in the center console under the control.
