Sanyo FXCD-1350.. Any comments?

I am looking for a replacement headunit for my 84 300DT.

I ideally want to retro-fit a Becker 1692 or newer headunit, but they are hard to find.

Shopping online, I came across the Sanyo FXCD-1350. Its an indash CD player AND cassette player. I like the idea of being able to play CD's aswell as tapes. And the sanyo doesnt look half bad. But has anyone heard anything about this model in terms of reliablitiy/durability/or problems???

Is Sanyo a good comapny?

I wouldnt want anything other than Sony or Alpine when it comes to new aftermarket stereos, but the ability to play tapes is a huge + for the Sanyo.

Anyone getting rid of their Becker 1692 or newer headunit?? (I dont think anything newer than 1998 will fit my car though)
