xylene based rust proof compatible with lanolin based rust proof?

By the way, is MB factory rust proof xylene based?

I do not understand these terms: xylene based, spirit based, lanolin based, . . .

It doesn't make much sense to me. Xylene and spirits are carriers for rustproofing that should evaporate after application (xylene is a carcinogen). Lanolin is wool grease, the main ingredient of some rustproofing compounds.
