Well, that depends on a few things.
1.Do you plan on selling this car eventually? If I saw a car (especially an MB with spray painted anything int I would question the rest of the car) 2. Does the car see allot of heat? Spray paint will not have a nice smell when heated up inside a car I would imagine 3. If the spray paint cracks or seperates its going to be a big hassle to redo I would look for some visors of a different color that are from a wrecked car personally. My .02

primer, color coat and clear lacquer are established ways of restoring fine leather.Of course there is a big difference between doing it yourself - which can be successful -and a professional german restorer preparing a car for Mercedes Classic. Check out the 2/2004 issue of Mercedes-Benz Classis page 90 has an excellent article on this subject.

I changed the color of some dog leashes with some leather shoe dye. The original green had darkened and had some cracks. I used the lexol leather cleaner and then sprayed it purple...it soaked in pretty well. After a month of use, the color is still bright and it hasn't come off....but didn't do anything for the cracks.

Are you sure the visors are leather and not MB vinyl? If they are vinyl, spray coatings are on the market that do a very good job of refinishing. You might have a color match problem, though, depending on the shade and color, unless they are black.

You might want to check out SEMproducts.com. These folks supply coloring dyes and sprays for automotive work. They have flexible finishes for soft vinyls in many colors and also products for hard plastics.

I would NOT recommend using any spray paints, etc. on your interior. Either use Leatherique Dye or replace the panels. I recently had a local person "redye" my interior and it was horrible. Lasted 2 days and everything is peeling now... on the plus side, I have brand-new seat covers ready to install and they look better than leatherique or dye! Oh, and the smell is horrible in the warm sun too. Good luck!
