I have posted before a question concerning promoting the long life of the leather interior of my MB. The recommendation was made to use Lexol brank cleaner and conditioner. I have been struggling to find this product.
On the exterior of the car, I used the Meguiars products. I was VERY please with the results, and was curious as to whether anyone has used their leather treatments? The overall quality of their exterior products, makes me feel that their leather treatments will be pretty good as well. Therefore, I am considering purchasing this product, but would like some input prior to this purchase. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated! Guss out |

The Meguiar's leather treatment is good for a one-step method but still falls short of the two step Lexol method in my experience. Perhaps as good "in-between" product. It all depends on your preferences. If a two step process is not in your schedule and it never gets done then a one step type treatment is better because the leather will get treated with something more often. Have you looked at Lexol's website? http://www.lexol.com
Hope this helps....Lee |

The web page did lead me in another direction, and I have FINALLY located the products locally.
Thanks for your help! Guss out [This message has been edited by Guss (edited 06-03-99).] |

$32.50 delivered is a good price for the "introductory kit" which packages the 3 products in 500ml spray bottles. That's the best way to go the first time around. Next time buy the 1 or 3 liter refill containers which is a better deal. 1 liter is $12 and 3 liter is $25 for all but the Vinylex which is not avail in 1 liter but, 3 liter is $30. (prices not including shipping)
