Lee-Got My bottle of Slick Stuff per your recommendation. It showed up last night, so I gave it a quick try on the hood of "Dora" this morning. A little goes a long way! Thanks for the suggestion, now if I could only find it in the D.C. area I could save $4.00 shipping

Bruce,
Glad you like it. My local supplier is drying up so I will be in the same boat as you soon. Less liquid SS seems to, as you said, "go further" than a comparable amount of #34. If you are de-dusting or de-birdcrapping be sure to saturate the area being sprayed. Too much lubricant/SS on the finish is better than not enough and swirls. Glad you like it...Lee |
I'm in the D.C. area and can't find Slick Stuff either. Where did you order it?
|
You can order it over the web at http://www.waxdepot.com/ I don't know, if there were enough demand for it MercedesShop might even start carrying it...
Hope this helps...Lee |
PThiringer-Lee had the answer. Some Wax Depot/City stuff is carried by Pep Boys and Trak Auto but I had to order through the above web site.
Lee- Where is home for Mercedes Shop? |
