I have a 87 300e with the leather int, and it seems that the middle of the seats are the mb tex and the top sides are leather. The part that I'm talking about has the little indents all over it. The door panels and and dash also seem not to be leather. Is this true?

I'm pretty sure the seat centers (with perforations) are leather, though i think you are correct about the doors and dash (padded vinyl i think).

The middle of the seats are leather. (perforated leather that is) Most of the door is vinyl, however the center panel behind the door pull-handle and armrest is leather as well.

WE would recommend Lexol leather cleaner and Lexol conditioner on the leather. (or Passier leather conditioner) Vinylex works great for the non-leather surfaces in both a mild cleaning and conditioning/protecting capacity.
