My headlight lenses in my '94 are all cloudy and yellowed. I assume this is due to road grim, UV, etc. Does anyone know how to get them looking shiny and new again?
If not, and I have to buy new ones, does anyone know how to keep them looking shiny and new in the first place (i.e. preventative maintenance tips)? Thanks, Sly |

Is there a residue on them, or are there many very tiny microfractures in the plastic? Is this something bonded to the surface of the lens, or into the surface of the lens? I assume you have already tried the basic cleaning steps of washing, Windex, Simple Green followed by Windex, etc. There are some other things you can try, but the basics usally take care of most things that are replaceable. If you fill out a PartsShop parts inquiry we'd be happy to give you the replacement info.
Hope this helps...Lee |
