Has anyone try Nu Finish on their cars? It's rated number one in consumer magazines.

Don't use it! IMHO, consumer magazines editors and testors are just average folk and not professional automotive detailers. Stay with products that many pros use Meguiars, 3M, One Grand and Mothers.

Avoid it. What works well in late night infomercials and what is best for the long term life/health of your car's paint finish are two different things.
I've tried just about everything, for exterior paint you can't go wrong with Meguiar's. They are easily the best. 3M would rank 2nd. Various others do one product well, but beyond those first two a quality complete "lineup" is not up to the quality of 3m or especially Meguiar's. Search the Shop Forum for references to those names/topics. Hope this helps...Lee [This message has been edited by Lee Scheeler (edited 08-01-1999).] |
