I finally bought one of these and would like to know how to use it properly.
When using Meguiars #9 and #7, how do I know when to stop using the buffer (applying them)and when to clean it off with the cotton cloth? Martin |

Go to the Meguiars web site. There is a tutorial on how to use a Orbital Buffer. The buffer is used to apply the product. Don't use the buffer to remove the product. Then use the orbital for the final buff. Polish is usually removed immediately, it does not have to cure to the paint like wax. If you leave it on too long it will be difficult to remove. Stop the buffer when you have covered the area with product and the product becomes very dry.
