I tried Lexol on the black leather in my G500 but was unhappy with the streaky finish. I then went back over it with vinylex with better results. Any problem using vinylex on leather?

Vinylex (as its name might suggest) is for Vinyl, plastic, rubber, MB TEX, etc. It really is not for leather. Lexol (makers of Vinylex) have an time tested set of products specifically for leather. Clean the Vinylex off the leather and give the Lexol leather cleaner and leather condtioner a try. Of course, there is always the Meguiar's leather stuff, Lederbalsam, and Leatherique but any/all of the above should work well. Just match the product to the application.
Hope this helps...Lee |
