Anyone,
How do you get Latex paint off the black plastic bumber of a 1989 300TE? Or is it rubber? Whenever I come across a removal situation like this, I always try WD-40 first. Then a degreaser or bug-tar remover. Brake fluid will take it off, but probably everything else underneath it.

Are you talking about the impact strip? It is not painted, unless someone painted it, it is molded in black. If it is messed up, you can buy a new one for like $100 or less. :p
