Is it best to use Meguirs #9 first, then #7 glaze?

Yes.
The #7 glaze should always be the last step before waxing. #7 is a cleaner that will make your paint as bright and reflective as possible. Wax then seals in this shine and protects the paint.

Then, when you think you're done, use Final Inspection. This will get eliminate smudges, extra polish and really give you a show-winning shine. This product helps to harden the wax and make it last longer. You can spray it on between waxes to restore that just waxed shine. An Excellent product!!

zrusny -- I'm not familiar with "Final Inspection." Who makes it, and where do you normally purchase it ?? Thanks.

Final Inspection is made by, who else, Meguiar's. They also make a product called Quick Detailler which is about the same as Final Inspection. I actually like Quick Detailer a little better because it has a better "squirter" on the bottle...allows you to get a very fine mist.
Both are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I use one or the other after each wash. Really make the wax last longer and makes your car look great.

Webmaster -- OK, thanks. I am familiar with Final Detailer; use it all the time, but have never seen Final Inspection on the shelf with the other Meguiar's products at my local Pep Boys.
