Hello guys. I am planning to wash all four floor mats instead of having detailing shop do it for me. How do I go about doing it with success? Do I just wash them with soap? PLease give me some info on this. Thanks always.

I agree, Resolve is good.
Another product that works well is Tech.

On the subject of floor mats, we can get them in PartsShop but, we've never found a good low priced supplier. As a result, we aren't very competitive on floor mats. If you can find them for $75 then buy them there. List is just under $100.

Thank you both of you. Where can I buy Resolve? Also, I was asking about washing them with water. I guess you don't have to wash the mats with Resolve, right? Please help me one more time=)

sincerely,

Justin

Hello Justin,
Resolve is a carpet cleaner for the home, you can typically find it in any Safeway type grocery store.
I have used Blue Coral's products with great results. Most of the Auto products will do the job just fine, it would be wise to go the Auto parts store and test the scent's of the better brands since most are in a pump type bottle, hope this helps.
BTW, Justin, your C36 (or is it C43) must be in showroom condition considering the time and "Love" you put into it, J/K.
Sounds like one nice ride, I'm jealous.

What colour are the mats? My Fiat had black mats that got a bit brown with all the mud. I went to the local autoshop, and bought a can of *matt* black spray paint. One coat later and they were as good as new. The paint doesnt 'goop' up the carpet, it acts almost as a dye. Works well.
