On my '95 C220 the back part of the front door (at the window) and the front part of the rear door are matte black. You can see cleaner stains (which kinda look like water marks) and I would like to know what you guys use to clean this.

Are you talking about the horizontal metal strip at the base of the windows or are you talking about the vertical paneling that is over the B-pillar area? For either you can't go wrong (after washing that is) with a apply/remove cycle of Meguiar's Mirror Glaze #7. You can also try using polish (Meguiar's metal or Flitz) on the horizontal metal trim at the base of the windows. The vertical paneling over the B pillars can be washed and waxed so the #7 should do nicely there. Let me know how that works for you and we'll take it from there.
Hope this helps...Lee |

Thanks Lee. I'll take your advice and let you know how it turned out. It was the vertical paneling over the B pillars that I was trying to describe. Again, much appreciative for the advice.
