Will any of the products that you mentioned in the earlier post restore handles that have faded to grey to their original black finish?
Thanks Chuck |

There is a product called Turtle Wax Extreme 2001 that comes in a small, black spray bottle. I used it on my bumpers, windshield wiper arm, door handles, and even the small wiper fluid spray nozzles on the hood. I was mostly impressed with the work it did on the wiper fluid spray nozzles and the door handles since they are both made of the same material. I applied the product once a few weeks ago. Since then, I have washed my car a couple times and drove through many rain storms. Still, they look as new as they were in 1987. I was, and still am, very impressed.

Meguiars Endurance seems to restore very well when massaged into a faded area. Depending on UV exposure and what you use to clean the car it will last a month minimum, usually more. After the initial bringing the trim back to life, retreating is far easier/quicker.
Hope this helps...Lee |
