Rims
My rim chrome is chipping off what can i do to prevent it or to get my chrome back please help!!

My advice is to let it all fall off...
Get some real MB wheels. MB doesn't offer chrome rims from the factory because they wont pass TUV.

what are the requirements to pass TUV? Are those some sort of German tire regulations?

TUV is the German auto inspection. Like we have here, only more rigorous. Contact a German forum member for details- EberhardWeilke is the resident expert on all matters German.
In the end, the TUV doesn't affect our friend here. I suggest he/she find some replacement OEM wheels, readily availble via Ebay or, better yet, a fellow forum member.
