Seem to have gotten some of this on my rear tire which consequently slung it on the rear quarter. How about some tips on removal?

Interesting Problem
Here's some potential solutions for the bubble gum. I would try the Bug & Tar removal spray that turtle wax makes, or a product like "Goo Gone", or "Goof Off". Other possiblities are freezing it with an ice cube and gently picking it off with a small wooden scraper ("orange sticks" from the nail care section of drug store work well, or just round toothpicks. I also have had some luck with simple lighter fluid, but use the stuff for cigarette lighters (naptha), NOT for the barbecue! Whatever you decide to try, test it in an inconspicuous place to make sure it won't eat the paint.

My father got gum off his truck with WD-40.
There is a reason they outlawed gum in Singapore. Maybe we should follow suit.
