passenger footwell storage
my 95 W124 has an airbag instead of glovebox. As a result we are really stuck for storage in the front. I was in the MB show room recently and noticed a new SL500 and it had a little storage net attached to the side wall in the passenger footwell area.
I could really do with one of these but have not found anything on the net. Needless to say my MB dealer was his usual unhelpful self and could not find a part number . Anyone know any sources of storage solutions for the front footwell area? |

What color is your interior? Let me know and I'll post back with the part numbers for the net, and the four hooks needed to secure it to the carpet.

net
the clips are
220-814-01-01 and the net is 208-814-00-07. but keep in mind what the previous post said, they are color specific, the color code may not match you interior exactly, but ther may be a similar color available. Last edited by carson356; 02-05-2006 at 02:35 PM. |

Ray, the 208 net is kind of small - personally I prefer the W220 version, part number 220-814-00-07.

net
that was a given number from the 220 chassis, you might want to update your EPC the 208-814-00-07 replaced the 220-814-00-07 which is no longer available. see pictures

Ray, you are 100% correct! I was looking at my old EPC - the 2004 worldwide one has the 208 number as equipment for the W220 S-Class
However - the 170 SLK nets are QUITE a bit smaller than the 208 one! |
