ID the car these trim pieces came from?

These are door panel wood trim, but I can't find any p/n's or other info. Anybody recognize these?

trim

they are from a 140 chassis sedan mercede S-Class, the S600 right next to me has the same type on the right hand doors, the top one is front and the lower one is rear

No, no part numbers anywhere.

I wasn't sure if it was a w140 or a w202; I thought I saw the same shape on some early C-Classes.

I dunno, to me they look like they are from a W202- the shape is right and they seem certainly too short in length for an S class.
